If you are getting a subsale property and wonder how and where to change ownership account for Syabas, TNB and Indah Water. You are in the right place, here's what you need to do:-
Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
- Visit to your nearest Kedai TNB, for Bandar Kinrara, you can visit --> Wisma TNB, Jalan USJ 10/1a, 47620 Subang Jaya, Selangor
- Bring photocopy Sale and Purchase Agreement, first 2 page and last page (signage of seller and buyer page)
- Photocopy IC of New Owner
- Previous Owner Bill or Previous Owner Bill Account Number will do
- Deposit of RM500 for 1 Phase or RM700 for 3 phase
- Stamp Duty Payable RM10 and Processing Fee of RM3
- Fill up the form, download here (You can also get the hardcopy from Kedai TNB the list of form and marker what details and where to fill up)
- If any outstanding bill, they will deduct from previous owner deposit. Previous owner must come to collect deposit by themselves
Notes: If you are representing someone for the application, you need "consent letter", you can download a sample here --> TNB Sample Consent Letter.
Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas)
- Visit to your nearest Kedai SYABAS, for Bandar Kinrara, you can visit --> SYABAS Petaling Jaya, Jalan Templer, Pjs 51, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
- Bring photocopy Sale and Purchase Agreement, first 2 page and last page (signage of seller and buyer page)
- Photocopy IC of New Owner
- Previous Owner Bill or Previous Owner Bill Account Number will do
- Deposit RM 70, Stamp Duty Payable RM20 and Processing Fee of RM2.
- Fill up the form, download here (You can also get the hardcopy from Kedai Syabas the list of form and marker what details and where to fill up). You need 2 copies.
- If any outstanding bill, they will deduct from previous owner deposit. Previous owner must come to collect deposit by themselves.

Indah Water Konsortium (IWK)
